A bit disappointing
Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, and I don't like the wooden cutlery and paper plates/cups for the breakfast buffet, can't imagine it's more sustainable as good old plates, cups and cutlery which can be washed and reused. And it wood look way nicer. Room was clean and in good working condition.

This property caters perfectly to workers and hockey teams. Basic breakfast. Basic housekeeping. Basic location. Also for no frill travellers. Expectations are exceeded due to price point. We asked the desk for housekeeping during our 3 night stay which we didn’t get. The heating/air conditioning unit made an exceptional noise so we turned it off. The windows do not open anywhere, not even in the gym. Hampton Inn by No Frills (priced approximately) would be more apt.

Hotel staff were great. Had to change our own sheets on the pullout bed because there was hair all over the sheets. The air conditioner was quite loud and it sounded like an alarm going off. Told hotel staff and maintenance “fixed” it. It ended up being just a quieter version of the loud alarm sound.
