Everything was great except for Front Desk
The front desk leaves a lot to be desired. I would triple check your billing statement. The chamber suite itself is phenomenal. The service from valet, housekeeping and bellhops was great! Close to absolutely everything.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were roomy. The room had some nice touches throughout. I loved that even though the hotel is right next to the train there was minimal noise in the room, and I was in a room on the end nearest the train. I would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at Virgin Hotels in New Orleans and Las Vegas. This property isn’t comparable at all. We had horrible experiences at the bar and restaurant. The lobby has zero ambience, everything is mediocre at best. We were overcharged by the front desk, rooftop bar, and lobby restaurant.
