The kimpton grey was great,great service and super friendly. I have been going through hotels/ Expedia for a while and think I am going to stop, because it seems can get same rate with less third party hassles. Reserved a king room through hotels, and it comes across as "whatever is available." And ended up with a queen.

Hotel was nice, but room was close to elevators and lots of noise and acoustics were not good. Also quite expensive room and did not allow for a late check out and only gave us 30 min. Also at check in-made us wait when then person behind the check in did not greet us or tell us she would be with us in a bit, awkward and not good customer service
