It wasn’t good and we had to cut our stay short. There were loud banging sounds and running water sounds all night long. As well as other strange sounds that kept us all night. In the pool area there weren’t any towels. The hot tub wasn’t working and the railing to get into the pool was broken. Making it dangerous for my kids to get in and out of the pool

There was a bed bug crawling on the sheets. They moved us to another room but it wasn't comfortable, we worries all night about more bedbugs. They should have refunded our room but they did not

I stay here often on business. There was no room service available but i was able to order food to go and take it to my room. Staff is very friendly. I found out that there was no hot water in the shower at 9 pm when I went to rinse a treatment out of my hair but the shower ran ice cold. The front desk did not answer. I hoped it would be better in the morning but it was still ice cold. I let them know at the front desk when i checked out. They offered an apology but nothing more.
