Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent. Suite was clean and beautiful. My granddaughter is in the NICU at Lurie's hospital. It's super easy to walk across St. Clair Street and enter the parking garage that leads to the hallways to get to Lurie's, all indoors. A blessing in February! I felt very safe there!!

The ceiling was chipping paint. Woke up at 430am to no cable tv service. Went down to eat breakfast and when we got done and was throwing the plates away out crawled a nasty disgusting cockroach from behind the garbage can headed the direction of the food!!! So gross!!!!!!

My stay here was very pleasant. Parking garage was located right next door. Check in was very easy. I requested a room on a higher floor and they put me on the 39th. Room was clean, big and comfortable. Full kitchen and great view. Very nice stay and would stay here again
