The desk clerk, Sylwia, was not friendly, no smile, barely acknowledged us, and didn't give us information upon check in, such as where to find the elevator to get to our room. Room very noisy due to all night higjway traffic. Room nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and morning desk clerk was friendly.

My unit was in bad conditions when it comes to maintenance issues. Plenty light bulbs not working (entrance, bathroom light bulb and fan. and the little lamps by sides the bed also not working).

Beds seemed clean but other areas not so much. Nailpolish splattered on night table and shelf, looked like a crime scene. Something by bed frame, didnt inspect but clearly the room was not vacuumed well. There was one towel and no face cloths so had to request them which seemed to agitate the front desk host, who's lukewarm disposition when we arrived was not welcoming. The front desk gentlemen that was there this morning Feb 28, was much friendlier and far more professional. Finally, the booking confirmation that redirected to the website noted they no longer had shuttle services from the airport so I paid for an uber only do discover the shuttle is still available. We took it to the airport this morning.
