We had a great visit! And Mr. Steve the doorman was excellent. He gave us wonderful recommendations and suggestions throughout the weekend. This was our second stay and we’ll be back!

Tried it hoping for old Chicago character but wouldn’t recommend. Centrally controlled AC/heat made the room uncomfortably hot. The front desk staff were not great and the hotel was mostly empty. Location was okay but with so many options, choose something else
