We booked for 3 nights but had to leave after 2 for medical reasons and staff at site suggested to contact expedia for refund of one evening and we that and we did and now the hotel would not refund, very disappointing and will never stay there after they recommended to contact for refund. So staff on site is not educated on their manager not refunding after staff stated a refund. I guess the money is worth more that someone’s health but yet they received my money and could re rent my room when the hotel is already busy. Shame on this greediness .
