I loved my stay at the Citizen M. It has a nice funky feel to it. Rooms are smallish and wish they had coffee in the rooms, but overall hard to beat for the price.

My partner and I stayed for three nights. The hotel was, trendy, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and freshly made. We enjoyed working out at the gym. We love the lobby area. Tons of comfortable setting around the bar. We will stay here when we return to Chicago in the summer.

This is a wonderful hotel! Located near everything. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great . My only problem was the pillows . They are not soft and fluffy very, very firm. It would be nice if they had a pillow menu, however I would stay there again on my next visit.
