I loved the flexibility of the hotel staff, the convenient location of the hotel within downtown Chicago. Only 15 minutes walking distance from Union station and other nearby attractions. Hotel staff were kind and courteous. Will definitely return to this hotel as well as another Club Quarters hotel in the future.

Super easy check in and check out process. Our room had a pull out bed and we didn’t have extra blankets already in the room. However a quick text to guest services and the bedding arrived within minutes. The parking they offered is about a block and a half away but very easy to get to and deal with.

One of our first choice in Chicago
Consistency is the name of the game. Whenever we visit and whoever we interact, we were always provided a solid service with great care. This must be very difficult but they always do as if it is easy. That said, we have never been disappointed including our most recent visit. For us taking meal at our room, the room having a small refrigerator and microwave worked great. Access to the purified water station at each floor is always appreciated. As the building seems one of the historic one, the room was clean and the bed was firm (great!) to give a good night sleep -- to say nothing of the great location where you could access almost everywhere in Chicago loop with ease. They continue to impress us which makes us for our one of the first choice in Chicago for a long time. Thank you very much and looking forward to our next stay.
