I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. I will stay there again on my next trip to Cebu.

nothing special.. just an apt although missing some amenities that exist for a hotel small tv and only in bedroom hot water shower close to ayala mall but nothing else free parking friendly staff
