Modern interior, no hot water, limited breakfast

Pros: Clan and modern interior, helpful staff, close to modern shopping centre.
Cons: Bathroom and availability of hot water. More variety available in standard breakfast.
Location: Close to modern shopping centre.
Bathroom only had cold waetr available for 3 out of 4 dat stay. Airconditioner leaked into room. Pr-paid breakfast was very limited, ended up paying an additional 209 pesos for American Breakfast. Staff a helpful and rooms are modern and clean. Shower tended to flood bathroom floor.
