One of the best hotels I have stayed in
This was my first time staying at the Leonardo, and I can confirm it did not disappoint, I was going out early aftertoon so did not have time to check in, but was able to leave my car without any hesitation in the hotel car park, on returning after my day out, we checked in at around midnight and “Richard” made everything from the moment we entered the hotel to getting into our room a dream, Richard was great and a credit to the hotel, very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay at the hotel, thank you for a great stay

We stayed in a beautiful suite (327), spacious, clean, cosy and comfortable all at the same time. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was served between 7am-11am full continental. Plenty of choice, fresh and delicious we would love to stay here again it’s just the type of accommodation you want when you visit Cardiff. Thankyou
