Budget - get what you pay for
The service and hospitality of staff is amazing! I know its a budget hotel but my god the beds are like cement. Theyre so hard and uncomfortable. Both me and my partner have sore backs from the stay. The cover is very thin and the bedding is bigger than the actual cover leaving you with thin fabric in many places. If youre a fairly new couple that is not 100% comfortable with each other, avoid. You can hear everyones business on the toilets as theres barely room to turn around in there. We also had a loud group in the hallway that was laying on the hallway floor at midnight. Screaming, laughing and calling their friends. Was 8 of them in the opposite room and could hear everything.

Great location and parking available via Just Park. Comfortable, clean and hot shower. Managed to forget a couple of items upon departure which were found by the hotel staff and was easy to arrange their safe return. Great stay for our visit to Cardiff
