When we arrived for check in, there was another couple upset about the room that they had received. Once we checked in and got to the room, we found that we didn't get what we reserved either. They claimed that rooms can change based on availability. If i had know i would have gone elsewhere. The room that we had chosen is the whole reason we went there. Most restaurants and entertainment has to be booked in advance, so needless to say we didn't get to do much. The food that was provided with the all inclusive was not very good. Fast food would have been better. Definitely will not recommend this resort. We actually change our flight and left early.

Way too much noise after midnight.
The resort itself was good, the food was good. I did not expect this resort to be like a college spring break, drinking party environment where drunk people were making so much noise until 3 AM almost every night. I suppose that is okay if that is the type of resort you enjoy. I will never stay at or recommend this place to anyone.

We kept purchasing upgrades and we kept being told we don’t get that option. No one would tell us or show us what we had available to us. Food was poor! Staff not helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful with amazing views. Staff were friendly and helped keep the party going. We booked the Sian Kaan adult only room but honestly felt the regular pyramid (black bracelet) would have been fine. It was very difficult to book ala cart restaurants but there were other dining options that were just as good. We booked using the app but did not realize that you needed to do this with a 24 hour notice. Would definitely come back!
