Absolutely fantastic staff! Super accommodating and amazing with kids. The building itself could use some attention as there was a smell that came from the bathroom drains but we weren't in our room much. So many amenities as well as dining options and all the food was great! Could not say better things about this resort. Will definitely recommend!

Great hotel, employees are extremely nice with the best attitude, restaurants are good with good food; the only disappointment was the cafeteria that opens at night that had 1 type of sandwich when we were told they had "sandwiches"...ham and cheese? Really? Room was fine but I didn't appreciate not being communicated there would be not hot water for an extended period of time; are you kidding me? Am I supposed to shower on YOUR schedule?

The staff was professional and available all the time, everything was good, the only think we didn’t like the restaurant food , was basic and quality was below standard, the buffet food was the best in the hotel. Also we use the spa for a pedicure, too expensive for a basic pedicure. The products in the store at the hotel were very expensive. A sun lotion protection it was $36.
