This hotel has many problems. The food is good. Its clean and the rooms are pretty. However, for an all inclusive they are constantly trying to up charge for cabanas, dinners , wine etc. if you do not pay for a premium cabana then there are limited options. If you want to go from pool to beach again told no because the cabanas are rented. I heard more no here than if I just paid at a regular hotel . Probably best for a younger drinking crowd.

This resort was excellent in every way. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing. The activities were great. I plan to stay here every time I visit Cancun. Loved It!
