The only good thing was we got one hour early check in. But otherwise the room was not as clean as should have been. We got the king suite with the pool. The pool was dirty and we were too tired from our trip to be bothered to ask them to clean it so we ended up not using it. What a waste of money. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the shower had sand in it. The AC wasn’t cooling the room despite being on for the whole night. And mind you this room isn’t cheap, so we expected it to be in a 5 star condition. And then we were glad to get a booking with breakfast included, but little did we know that it was only complimentary breakfast that was coffee/juice, fruits(like 5 pieces) and some croissant.

No nos gusto, la habitacion tenia una fuerte sensacion de humedad, y al estar a pie de avenida ptincipal era muy ruidoso, ya que la puerta de la habitacion es muy sencilla y da directamente a la calle, solo bloqueada con bamboo decorativo, hicimos check in y nosotros al ser alérgicos nos resulto imposible quedarnos, por lo que inmediatemente quisimos cancelar YA QUE NO NOS QUEDAMOS, y no hubo manera que se nos hiciera ni siquiera un reembolso parcial por parte del hotel, no recomiendo este hotel para nada, hay muchas mejores opcioes en el mismo rango de precio, en expedeia anincian desayuno, pero al llegar te dicen que solo es continental con fruta pan y cafe,

We enjoyed our one night stay, and would not hesitate to stay here again. The room was well appointed and in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Towels were a bit scarce, but that waa remedied.
