Captain Sergio and Manuel! Wow! Always so friendly and has a great sense of humor. They made us feel at home and we looked forward to the delicious meals. Gracias to the staff at Grand Park Royal. Oh! And we can't forget Alicia in the Italian restaurant. It was a pleasure to see her smiling face and hear her laughter every morning. It's the perfect way to start the day at the resort. We loved her! Erika at the pool always gave fantastic service! She went above and beyond to take care of us. Especially the amazing tamales. ❤ Every day/night the funtastic team had something special planned. It was so much fun, we didn't need to leave the resort. Last night was salsa dancing with a live band and they taught us 3 different dances. Absolutely had the best time! It was a total workout. Lol Thank you Jorge, Ramone, Andrea for your friendships! Love you! Make sure to visit Edgar at the icecream shop, he is the perfect guy to end your day with a sweet treat or coffee in the morning. Loved his bright smile!

This is our second time staying at Grand Park Royal. We love, love, love this place. Amazing staff, excellent food and beautiful facilities. It is walkable to downtown Cancun and right on the beach. We will continue going here every time we visit Cancun.

Property was very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Food options were very limited and food was ok at best.
