We visited The Garza Blanca from February 26th-March 2nd and I cannot say enough nice things to tell you what a fantastic place this is. Rooms were awesome, service was top notch, and for an All-Inclusive, the food and drink choices were far better than expected. We were assigned 2 butlers, Alexa & Eli who took care of anything we needed. We went to a gorgeous rooftop pool each day, and Moises always made sure that we had chairs with a good view of the ocean. The food is not 5 Star, but it is not far off. Most important, we had no stomach issues at all, major plus. You must eat in their Mexican themed restaurant, and get Prisciliano as your waiter. He gave us the greatest experience! The alcohol choices on the all inclusive were extremely plentiful, and much better than expected. There will be a little push for you to attend a meeting to join their club level, but there was NEVER any pressure. We would DEFINITELY go back again! Thank you Garza Blanca - we truly had an amazing trip! Last note - Our bathroom had a heated toilet seat with bidet - nice touch. A junior suite was larger than many 1 bedroom suites we stayed in, plus had full kitchen and laundry in the room, and a gigantic terrace.

Very clean and friendly. Food was top notch. Great for a quick get away, not especially easy to access, but theres not much of a reason to leave.

Everyone one was so friendly, specially Jesus waiter at beach with Food truck. Also Jesus our breakfast server. Our butlers Alexa & Elli. We will come back for sure. Only couple things I can give remark it was little bit loud from construction going on at site, but this is gonna be over very soon for sure. Also I would be more happy if we had our suite little higher than second floor because of better views.

Poor and cheap but overly priced damp. They will ditch you into the worst room to coerce you to sign up to there endless timeshare presentations for an upgrade and if u tell them u dont need that nonsense you can pay out of pocket they will take u on a run around and say no room change or upgrade available. There beach view is a view from the side of your walls, when u protest they tell u, it was not a beachfront view you paid for. Conmen be aware. All restaurants are a 30-45 min wait followed by sitting there another 45 min waiting for your food. Pools are cloudy or almost brown if you look at them from the top floors. Rooms are standard but overpriced. They have sightseeing tours on site but when you book the tours the drivers will show up n leave while you are in lobby area waiting and say no one was there; why bother to sell over $800 of tour services to a customer and cant tell the concierge you are there or call the customer? Called the front desk or customer service for towels or services; put me on hold and never come back. Walked to lobby n back and was still be on hold. Not kid friendly. Only area kids are welcome is the food court and specific pools. All hotel pool side chairs are for timeshare holders or prospects, so u cant sit at pool side during the day till the timeshare owners leave at 4pm or sales are over. Not a hotel i recommend for anyone. Will ruin your vacation.

The hotel itself and property are amazing. Concierge, butlers, spa employee’s and waiters in the restaurant are great. But the front desk employee’s are horrible!! When i got there they charged around a thousand dollars to be able to get my room i had to pay it. even though i confirmed everything with them over the phone before arriving. At check out they refused to apply my room credit to both rooms and just applied my room credit to one and made me pay for everything else in the other! I literally argued with them for half an hour and couldn’t do it any longer or i would miss my transportation and flight so i had to pay it. Everything else there was a great experience. But they start off your stay horribly and end it horribly. It makes it not worth going back there again especially after spending so much money!

This is one of the nicest if not nicest properties we’ve stayed in. Didn’t like the pressure to take a 1.5 hour “tour” of the property for future stays. Felt a timeshare presentation coming. Other than that definitely 5 stars. Food was excellent in all of the restaurants, which you’re able to benefit from the property next door as well.
