Absolutely loved it! Beautiful Mexico, beautiful people of Mexico. Views are breathtaking, staff is very kind and tactful. Fatima, Adrian and Danny were very friendly and nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only wish we had - a coffee and the tea available in the room. Other than that really enjoyed our stay here.

Room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean. Bed was super comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed (a/c, bar fridge, tv, code safe, bath robes). The pool was nice and clean as well. The only down side was that our balcony door didn’t seal properly so we heard wind coming through the entire time (it was very windy during our stay. Other than that minor detail, everything was great!

This is a beautiful property, that is currently undergoing some renovations on the exterior. The room is average. The TV didn't have any reception. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. When we were there, it wasn't very crowded, which made it super nice. The "spa" barely exists. They offer massages and mini facials. The restaurant had good food, but unimaginative menu. We loved our stay there. It is located on the better beach part of the Zona Hoteleria. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Would not recommend this hotel
The rooms are very small, lack mirrors,has no amenities, furniture not very clean, bathroom shower had only one door,dont leave nothing in the safe or room we had money stolen and they claim nobody entered to room and you cant even argue wit them for obvious reasons. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location is nice, the property however has bad wifi, only one restaurant ( no room service) no coffee or cafe options in the morning, unless you go to the restaurant, elevator kept getting stuck.
