Since the day we got in everyone was very Nice! Alex at the bar was great along with Jose at the Sushi Bar, the sushi rolls were surprisingly good, I thought | would get grocery store rolls but no he makes them as you ask and they are worth it. The pool Bar staff were super nice and very helpful. Liked that they were very hyped and Happy. We spent the most time in the pool bar eating and drinking. Friday night for dinner we went to the piña colada for Dinner they were serving Italian, again I was really surprised with the food, it was amazing, the Risotto Pablano hit the spot! some of the Best I've had. The Service was amazing our waiters (Fernando and Christian) mannnn those 2 are incredible they made our experience even better they went out of their way to make us feel really comfortable very humble guys. So we came back for a second night on Sunday since my Wife loved it, it was her Birthday and again Fernando and Christian went above and beyond even brought my wife a cake and I was Beautifully decorated, she loved it also while they were busy they took a bit of time to sing happy birthday! And that was the cherry on top! The breaktast Buttet was really delicious too! Eating breakfast by the pool while is fresh is amazing! Chilaquiles for the win! The rim was comfortable really no issues! All the housekeeping staff very helpful. We'll definitely come back!!!

This is an older hotel with somewhat out-dated rooms. Dining options are limited to the one restaurant (no reservations) and the buffet. Our group booked a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite- when we first checked in they gave us a suite with only 2 bd/2 ba and we had to argue to get the correct accomodation. This hotel may be advertised as beach adjacent...but there is only a small strip of "ocean" and it is directly connected to a port, so it's not swimmable.

After reading previous people's reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. People can be so rude and no one person has the same tastes or comes from a high-class background. I and my wife and friends thought it was a very nice place, smaller than where we stayed last year which was fine. Everyone was great, especially Angel, what a great great gentleman. I would recommend this to my friends and family. It was very well priced, safe, and clean.

I asked for first floor floor. I am recovering from total hip replacement, well he gave me a room that I had 15 stairs to get to the room, and a room with more stairs! The first night, I missed a step, fell, tore up my leg! My reservation was for one person, but got charged for 2 Adult, and 2 children! Expedia said talk to manager, which I asked several times, he never ever tried to get back to me, The hotel blames expedia, Expedia blames Cancun bay resort! The excursion s 3 of them, I went on was awesome, the rest of the public was great! But others at my hotel was treated, the same way, as I was! This ruins it for all of Cancun
