Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the heart of Buffalo. This house is perfect for large groups or families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The house is divided into two apartments, each with its own living room and kitchen. The lower level apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 full-size beds, and the other bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin. The upstairs apartment has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-size beds. Each living room is equipped with a 55" smart TV on the lower level and a 43" smart TV on the upper level to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The house is located in a great neighborhood, less than a mile from Allentown, 5 minutes from downtown, and 10 minutes from Elmwood Village, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. Beautiful clean home
We booked both upstairs and downstairs units for two families attending a swim meet. Beautiful home, gleaming hardwood floors, tastefully decorated. The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate.

Close to lots of things
Had a great stay at this place in Buffalo. The location was close to so many things. We had a party of 8 and there was plenty of beds for all of us. Please note the parking on the street can be tight at times if you are bringing multiple vehicles.
