This was my 2nd visit to the property. Everything as amazing. We dined at all the restaurants. Each restaurant was excellent. The staff as per usual was so professional and kind. My favorite is Sonny who welcomed me with grace and a smile. This will always be my go to when I visit Buffalo.

Falls short on expectation.
Hotel is quite modern and beautiful. We asked for wine glasses and an ice bucket which got delivered after a short wait and the wine glasses were DISGUSTING (we are both former bartenders and we would have been embarrased to hand those to people). The "spa" is just a salon that offers massages in modified hotel rooms. Overall 4/5 but just misses the mark of what it could or should be. The in room refrigerator started making awful noises around 6 a.m.

The gps led us astray. But we were welcomed by a fantastic staff member. I was checking in with my daughter and he (Sam I think? Might be wrong, tall, glasses, little blonde piece at the front of his low cut hair) was so friendly with her. Most people don’t bother. We usually stay somewhere else in the area regularly for our cross border shops, he likely has us converted to here. It’s also fairly recently renovated compared to others in the area. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it smelled lovely, and we meant to have a before bed bevy but she was tuckered. Next time we will for sure try it!
