No hot water!
The service here was horrible. When we arrived on Sunday to check in, after we had checked in and key was received. The receptionist stated some one would be coming in to fix the hot water was broken. After driving for 6 hours knowing we would not be able to take a hot shower was very disappointing especially as we arrived at 6pm so I felt it should have been fixed before we got there. I’m not sure if anyone ever came by to fix it as we went to dinner and notified of this but they said it would be fine as they would still be able to get in. For 2 days we did not have hot water we went the first day to complain before leaving to Disney they said they would fix it. The next day I asked for a manger. The manager argued that we weren’t waiting long enough for the how water to come out. When I argued for him to come to the room and to wait with us to see how long we needed to wait for the hot water he agreed on our way to the room he said well let me check the boiler. I argued back he didn’t need to check the boiler if his defense is that everything is working we just need to wait long enough for hot water to come. I asked for at least day refund as we were not able to shower that day and he denied said no refund! Even though we never had any hot water for our whole stay

Hotel location was great, the tub in the room was clogged by the time we finished taking a shower we had water all the way up to our calfs and and also we didn't liked housekeeping trying to come in our room before 10am when checking out wasn't until 11am

Close to Knotts Berry Farm. This place needs a major overhaul! Not the cleanest, cheap towels, sheets and blankets should be replaced, carpets were filthy (if you took your shoes off and walked around your feet were black in minutes), overall very poor!! This place is still advertising a hot breakfast, but the breakfast room has been closed since Covid. Find a nicer place to stay… I rate this as a 1 or 2.
