The VIP room we first got was tiny and the view was Of a town down building. Nit an upgrade whatsoever! My husband requested another room, which was much better. Except for the night that there was no hot water.

Well, where to start! The staff, all of them were incredibly friendly, polite and professional. Concierge- stunning Gallery Bar- lovely Dining- we ate there on our first night - food was delicious Breakfast- Wow!! The choices were endless. It could get busy but that’s down to us getting down there too late! The room- bed was a bit hard for us but we got used to it. Pillows, not great. Bathroom was tiny and towel rail never worked. Towels are in need of replacing as very thin and simply not the best. The room was always clean every day by the efficient cleaning staff. Would we recommend- most definitely Would we visit again - most definitely With a few niggles, overall a lovely Hotel Location was great for us

Lovely hotel about a 10 min walk from the centre
Really nice hotel located about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Budapest square. Plenty of bars & restaurants within the area though so didn't need to go into the centre every night. The hotel bar area was really nice and relaxed with 2 for 1 cocktails from 5pm until 7pm every night. The room (superior) was nice but could do with a little bit of an upgrade really, unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working, not a problem for December but it should be working non the less, we asked twice that the coat hook was put back onto the wall as it fell off as soon as a coat was hung on it, the sink in the bathroom leaked so the bathroom floor was extremely wet every day, towels soaked up the water, again, we asked for this to be repaired but nothing was done apart from a rag put around the pipework under the sink. Again, not acceptable really, especially for a 4 star hotel. Overall though, a nice hotel which was clean.
