Disappointing
Stayed in executive double room.Bed uncomfortable big dip in the mattress. Problem with taps, either very hot or cold out of same tap. Very noisy plumbing when you flush the toilet. Musty smell in bathroom. Plug in sink would not release the water, phoned reception and they brought a knife up to release the water. Generally grubby decor and window would not shut properly.

Good overnight stop
This was a brief one-night stay whilst visiting family members in Bristol. It was dark and raining when I arrived! My room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast did the job perfectly. It would have been nice to explore the surrounding area but there was no time.
