It was a bit of a downer this time 👎, did’nt like the 4 steps up & down to toilet, especially in the middle of the night. The toilet seat didn’t fit the pedestal was to small. There was no hand towels.

Have stayed here several times Always comfortable and a great location. Parking option is very good. Foxtel was not working in my room and that was disappointing. T.V. handset needed special knowledge to operate. Overall however a great place to stay in the city. Clise to restaurants and shops. Well done to the staff.

This is a grand old hotel that makes you feel special. Takes you back to the golden olden days when hotel rooms were spacious and the decor was opulent. Comfortable and clean I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
