There were some issues with the room. Particularly the bathroom, loose tiles and no ventilation so it was difficult to shower. The blow dryer set off the fire alarm because we could not open the windows. The clothe iron was broken and very outdated. The internet was NON-EXISTENT and made it very difficult to work. The smell in the reception was so overpowering that it was difficult to be in the room. Robert was a 10/10 for service and professionalism. We will not be staying in this Skytower accommodation and will not recommend to friends and family.

We stayed on the 71st floor with our 5 children and the view was spectacular particularly at night when the city lights made it magical. It was clean and fresh and very inviting. My only negative was there was no broom, vacuum or dustpan to clean up any messes on the white carpet floor which with 5 young children made it hard as we had to use our hands/fingers to pick things up when a broom or vacuum would have been more practical and easier. The price was on the higher side and for 2 nights stay with a large family it wasn’t really good value. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional which made our stay quite lovely.
