It is pub accommodation.

Pros: Pleasant bar staff and good breakfast meal.
Cons: Not to use the outside single room for paying customers.
Location: Brighton is a busy tourist town. Lots of places to eat and drink both along the beach front. There was a pier with an amusement centre as well.
Our room was clean being twin beds but no ensuite. Bathroom shared with three other rooms. There were some ensuite bedrooms, just not ours. My aunt who was also travelling with us was put in a small room, admittedly with a shower and toilet attached, but access was via the outside of the pub - almost dungeon like it it's appearance! She hated it. Unfortunately as the pub was full they couldn't change her until the second night. On the plus, the food was good and the bar staff helpful.
