The central location of this property was idea for the Brighton marathon and was just right size for the six of us to be together without feeling on top of eachother.

Great space, great location
Absolutely brilliantly placed in Brighton to see all the best bits. We were literally a stones throw away from the Pier and beach and access to the main roads to get around was easy. The garage is only big enough for a small car, but this was well communicated to us by the owner before we arrived. Speaking of which, any communication we had with the owner was perfect. Check-in was really easy and stress-free and the house itself had all the facilities and amenities we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the flat- super clean with fresh white sheets. Kitchen fully equipped and hosts very responsive. The only thing it was very noisy at night but that was the compromise for being very central. Thanks for a great 6 days.

Fantastic location, house needs TLC.
Amazing location just one minute from the sea front and pier, five minutes from the lanes and supermarkets a minutes walk away. The property itself is in much need of some TLC - temperature button missing from oven, shower temperature gauge not working in main bathroom and no mirror, lots of marks and stains on walls and ceilings and various bits of unfinished decoration. It is a lot more tired than it looks in the photos. There is a small courtyard garden which you don’t really need given the location but it was filthy. Communication with the owners was great - very helpful and responsive with all questions prior to arrival. If you are looking for something basic with a stunning location this place ticks the box.

Really lovely home , excellent location
Location just perfect and the home is spacious and comfortable, everything in good working order and kitchen well stocked for home cooking, the sofas are really comfortable!! The location is wonderful, I miss my early morning walks on the beach. Hosts were always on hand and helpful.

Fantastic location
Location is very central, a few steps to the sea front, great bars & restaurants and food shops on the doorstep. It is a bit noisy at night due to the bar opposite (which does lovely Thai food) but this is the trade off for being so central. Only 2 negatives: the parking - we booked it partly because it had a garage and we anticipated that parking would be difficult but the garage is tiny so our car (BMW 4 series) was too long and parking was very difficult. The other negative is that both bathrooms are on the top floor so you always have to go up a lot of stairs to nip to the loo!

Perfect location
The property was in a perfect location, walking distance of pretty much everything and had everything you would need right on the doorstep. About a minute walk from the pier/beach one way, and the high street with shops, local supermarket, pharmacy, and pubs the other way. The property was perfect for 6 people and came fully equipped with essentials. Jan and Julian were lovely and there was great communication so I wasn’t worried at all. Would definitely recommend this place to large families or friends looking to get away!
