The lounge has a dining table and chairs (comfortably seating up to four persons), a double sofa bed, and an arm chair. The lounge also comes with large smart TV.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and hairdryer.
The bathroom has a modern shower unit.
Guest Access:
Guests can access all areas of the property and there are no shared or communal spaces. The property is rented exclusively for guests and so you will not find any host possessions in the apartment.

This large apartment is located in Brighton Holiday Village, in the centre of the famous historic Lanes, in a secure gated complex. The location is considered the prime centre.
The location is 200 meters from The Royal Pavilion, 150 meters from the Theatre Royal, 200 meters from the Brighton Dome and 300 meters from the beach and the famous pier.. Komedia is 450 yards from Brighton Square Apartments, while The Brighton Centre is 450 yards away.
Getting Around:
We are located a 10 minute walk from Brighton's main railway station. Gatwick airport is a 25 minute train journey. Numerous local buses serve the Brighton area including routes along the coast to Eastbourne.

Interaction with Guests:
We operate a self check-in process so that guests have the freedom to check-in at a time of their choosing (after check-in time) and so are not constrained by availability of the host to meet them. We find that this flexibility is popular with our guests.
