Love that this is so close to the WKU campus. Can just park in the garage and walk where we need to go. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful area. If allergic to down you may want to bring your own pillows. I forgot to do that and woke up stuffy and unable to breathe (my fault!) Will definitely stay again!!

Nice and clean hotel. Windows are not very good with outside sound. Poeple, cars, early morning garbage trucks, very easy to hear even on the 3rd. Floor.

It was so loud. There were street racing all night we went down to the desk to request something for our ears we were told sorry off the clock and wouldn’t help us. When we got to the desk to check in they told us they couldn’t find our reservation until another person stepped in and said no we do. And the person that told us we didn’t have a reservation said well we don’t have any king rooms for you and the person that confirmed our reservation said no we should and the lady that was insisting we didn’t have any room goes well I hope when you get there it won’t have anyone in it. We also had to drive two blocks over to park. When I called to confirm my booking I was told nope sorry don’t have anything down and was transferred I was so upset my husband had to take over the phone call and they were nasty with him. Also the trash man came at 12am. Do not stay at this place. Rude customer service and extremely loud.
