The check-in process was very easy. Customer service was excellent but the cleanliness of my room was horrible. The floor wasn’t clean. I had stains in my sheets also I had to use a hand towel, and to wash with instead of the washcloth, because the washcloth had brown stains in it

Would stay again most definitely
Customer service was top notch. Every encounter we had with an employee, they were all friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Room was modern, cozy and had everything we needed. I didn’t realize we also got a fridge and microwave in the room, bonus! I greatly appreciated the free breakfast as well. For a quick overnight trip, this was the perfect place to rest and restore. I love their hospitality here.

Card to open the room didn’t work four times, and the lady that ran the hotel was very rude to my husband after coming up to the desk multiple times to fix our room we asked for a small discount and she said it was already discounted and she was very rude gave us dirty looks when we left. We will never visit this place again.

The property and the room were very clean. THe proximity to the interstate/police station (?) made for a few times when traffic noise - sirens were noticeable. While the majority of the room had "fresh" furniture, the bed in my room seemed to be on the less expensive side. There are many eating places in close proximity. For the price I would stay at this motel again.
