Between the broken air conditioner/extremely hot room and the hardest bed we’ve ever had, we didn’t sleep at all. When mentioning the broken air conditioner at check out, another guest behind us said he also didn’t sleep due to his broken air conditioner.

Property, although a bit dated, is well kept and clean. The staff is super polite and courteous. The restaurant at the hotel is great, have never had a bad meal there after 3-4 stays. Location is convenient for the airport, but inconvenient if you're going to spend more than 1 day to tour or meetings. Excellent for a "night before" flight.

The shuttle service is great and runs to time. The room was so overheated and hard to cool down. The nice guy who brought our cases ( an unexpected treat when we have sore backs) turned it off but it was still so hot. Window/ door was jammed. Opened corridor door to help it cool. Had to have a shower to cool but didn’t sleep well The overhead shower was not great. Bed comfortable and nice layout

The hotel is far from the center of the city but extremely close to the Bologna airport. The excellent restaurant on the premises is a plus. Highly recommended
