Excellent customer service from the front desk and maintenance. Rooms are old. Shower head falls off, little things that are worn in the room. Air conditioner would work on and off. Wouod stay again but needs some maintenance and updates.

Right in the thick of Zona T so very active and safe. Seems like once a very nice property but now needs attention to some details like shower head not secure and bathroom sink not draining properly. Breakfast excellent. Jauvier at the front desk was especially helpful. Transportation arrangements made via hotel from and to airport were convenient.
