The guest services stated that the front desk was staffed 24 hours. I took a walk at 3 o’clock in the morning and got locked out. I tried calling nobody answered. I tried knocking. Nobody came in the key wouldn’t work to let me in. My refrigerator didn’t work in my room, and, I called the front desk this morning and it took 15 minutes for somebody to answer and when they did it sounded like I woke them up. They were very rude and just said what do you want.
