Bed was comfy & room was clean. Online advertised a coffee shop and a free breakfast. We went for breakfast there was no coffee, no syrup, very minimal options. Coffee shop wasn’t open and we could not find an employee to ask. That was a little frustrating. There were no cups in the room to fix coffee in the room. The water in the tub wouldn’t shut off and it was more than a little drip.

I come to Birmingham one week a month to allow my son to visit with family , and it is absolutely amazing . Everyone us very friendly and welcoming . . Everyone is so kind and sweet to my 3 year old.. love stayin here will be back next month lol .

There are so many shortcomings. Breakfast was a disaster, there were no drinks, cereal was served with no milk, no juice, no coffee no water no condiments. Out sorry. Food being re served from the morning before. The housekeeping staff did not come the first day, so when we came home that evening to a dirty room we had to go fetch our own clean towels. Ice machines broken, keys took several trips to front desk to work. Shower curtain rod barely hanging on wall. Just awful! Never again!

I had to change rooms a couple of times almost three but the third room didn't have a refrigerator. The first room, no signal on television, the second room, the light over the sink was out. Breakfast mediocre. They were out of alot of condiments. Bagel but no cream cheese. Toast but no jelly. These are all little things that leave big impressions. I felt like the property's mission is to provide comfortable bedding and the required items. Everything is extra and not needed for your stay. The property could use new carpet and furnishings. The outlets were lose too. It's okay for one maybe two nights. The property is in a good location. Seems like a safe area, shopping and restaurants within a mile.

Price was good. Staff very friendly. Most of the parking overhead lights were out- felt unsafe. Indoors the fitness room was closed bc repairs were being made ( stayed 2 nights). Breakfast was a no go after I watched the worker pull the food out (bagels, sausage patties and cooked bacon) without gloves and place in warmers, griddle. In room, chair stained and water dripping but that was an easy fix. I may have come at an off time but the lack of outdoor lighting and the gloveless food prep were issues for me.
