Stayed 3 nights during President Day weekend, room was smelly, bathroom was not properly clean, had to ask for baking sodas to help with the smell because housekeeping didn't want to clean the room again. Management also refused to switch room, citing rooms are sold out, but room next to ours were available way later in the evening, they should have put us in that room and clean our room again.

Good overall, but needs TLC
It is nice to have 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom setting. It is NOT nice to have bathroom tap handles stuck and nearly falling off. A nice lake view is a poor compensation for the extremely noisy central air fan.

Great place to stay, room was nice and view was great. Parking was a bit of a mess and the bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No towels by pool, but were restocked upon request.

The location was wonderful. Everyone on site was very nice. Nice things to do. On the not so great side. The coffee tables still had food on them, trash on the patio. The bed was EXTREMELY hard, and very narrow for a queen. There were 3 of us but not enough towels (2) and they were super scratchy. Sleeping was rough but everything else was good.
