I enjoyed every minute of this hotel during my stay. I was greeted by Jai- Coya upon my arrival and she was absolutely amazing. I had a long drive and she was able to get me checked in right away. My son and I had Breakfast every morning. They had fresh waffles, biscuits and sausages, eggs,and alot more to choose from. The indoor pool was working and the gym was a great way to burn those calories off.My room was very clean and comfortable. I had more than enough space for both my son, and myself. I was able to go shopping and had plenty of options. The same goes for restaurants nearby. The shower was definitely a plus the pressure was spot on. My son was having some trouble with his t.v and Brian offered to come up and look at it. He was able to fix the issue and my son was very happy and impressed with his pleasant attitude. The hotel is a full 10. I can't think of anything that I disliked about my stay. I was sad when my trip was over because the bed was soooooooo comfortable. I want to say thank you to the entire staff and please don't ever change. It was a pleasure to have stayed at such a clean and inviting place.

We reserved this hotel for the kids to enjoy the pool during our overnight stay. Unfortunately, maintenance forgot to clean the pool overnight. If the pool hours are 5am-10pm, why was it only at 8am when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, that they decided to clean the pool. Very poor management. For a brand new hotel that has everything else on the positive side, this only shows that within time it will go down hill.

Great hospitality from the moment my husband and I walked to the front desk. The gentleman was very friendly, and even helped me sign up for a membership. The check-in process was super fast and our room was very clean. No complaints at all. I will definitely come back!

Everything was very good except I had a couple of areas that we weren’t totally happy about. We didn’t have any Internet for the TV connection on the first day of our stay, but it was fixed in the morning of the next day. The only other thing was maybe we are spoiled but we’ve had the complementary breakfast and other hotels and there’s usually some kind of breakfast meat like ham or bacon, but there was none at this hotel. Otherwise everything was top-notch.
