Very impressed with Urban Loft. Stayed there in early February while attending the German Masters snooker at the Tempodrom. Urban Loft is modern, clean and the staff are wonderful. The area around the hotel is nondescript, but it is only a 10-min walk to the HBF (main station). Berlin is one of my favourite cities and if I get the chance to return I will look at booking Urban Loft again.

I could constantly hear the music tone from the elevator when it stopped at the floor. Got quite annoying at the end. Avoid being close to the elevators. Otherwise quite good

Clean, safe , quiet, shower pressure was great, comfortable bed, comfortable room lighting, window street view. Friendly & professional staff. Delicious food at the restaurant.

Close enough to train station and grocery options. Excellent location. Average breakfast. Free water and tea. Most eclectic hotel I've seen, lots of artwork and style throughout hotel and rooms. Something for everyone; rooftop terrace, gym, bar, restaurant, gaming & movie watching space, lots of section where groups can sit, etc. I was there in off season so mostly vacant

The hotel was really good. We had a late night flight and arrived late around midnight ; the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She helped us find some dinner options late night.(can’t recall her exact name Farah or something) The room was very clean ; even the bathroom was spotless clean. The hotels location is. Excellent - around 12-13 mins walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof Station - trains , trams and buses were easily available. There’s a nice movie area in the hotel and they offer free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for a certain duration during the day . Overall I would rate the hotel very highly and our experience has been top class
