Very nice and morden hotel. Rooms were very small and no amenities given, apart from that very good hotel. Bus and tram just a few minutes walk away, as well as shops and restaurants.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely trip! The room was clean and comfortable and super quiet which was a big bonus for us. Nice and easy to the centre part of the city with lots to see and do. The only negative we found was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We would have appreciated at least a kettle so that we can make our own drinks in our room, instead of paying €8-€10 in the downstairs bar. It was also a surprise birthday trip for my boyfriend and I emailed the hotel 3 times asking for help to make the stay more special (wine, chocolates, rose petals etc) which I was happy to pay additionally for, but sadly I never heard anything back from them and this was a bit disappointing. Overall, a nice stay.

The standard bedroom was far too small. The bed was so uncomfortable and the heating was too hot and could not be adjusted, we had to open the windiw in winter and turn off the heating. The engineer said that the heating waa set throughout the hotel. Unfortunately the bedroom spolit our short stay in Berlin. Susan Mary D'Cruze
