Very kind staff, no problems to check in earlier. Very comfortable room and bed. Good and quiet location. In my opinion the breakfast room is small and it was always busy, sometimes there were no places to seat.

Nice hotel. I loved the Jacuzzi!!!
Nice hotel, good location. They have a jacuzzi that was really great. The gym is small with just one elliptical, two treadmills and one equipment. The restaurant has really good foods. And the breakfast was amazing.

Slow and not so clean
Waited 30 minutes to check in behind a single person in line, and then was informed our room was not ready (it was 630pm). They told us we could go up while they finished cleaning (not a good idea), and watched the cleaner use a used bath towel to clean the entire washroom, including toilette, and then wipe the same cloth over all the counter tops in the room - one way to be "green". Sadly this wasn't that bad by Brazilian standards for rooms outside Rio or Sao Paulo.

Great Hotel, not so happening neighbourhood
The hotel is located in a quiet and safe, largely residential neighbourhood. Our work was close by and that is why we chose this area to stay at. But, unless that is a consideration, it is quite far away from all tourist places. there are also not too many restaurants around. The hotel itself was very nice and well maintained. Very comfortable rooms with nice and clean bathrooms. The breakfast spread in the morning was nice. The only issue we encountered was the reluctance on the part of the restaurant staff to serve most of the menu items, late at night, even though the restaurant was still open for another 40 mins.
