Set amongst 300 acres of beautiful cattle grazing country in the Mary valley. This historic homestead holds classic charm while providing all the modern comforts. Belli creek runs right through the property, offering exciting bush walks and wildlife spotting, including platypus. Spot the cows feeding their calves and horses being worked. Tranquil views of rolling hills, open pastures and Belli creek.

Spacious air conditioned bedrooms and open plan living areas with high ceilings throughout make for the perfect space to relax and spend time with family and friends. The bedrooms have been furnished with comfortable beds and quality linen. The master, second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds. The master bedroom offers a walk in robe and spacious ensuite. The fourth bedroom offers 2 single beds. All rooms have large built in robes, ceiling fans and hi speed starlink internet.

Outside:
The large deck has been set up for you to dine, relax and spend time enjoying the views. Relax and watch the kids roast marshmallows around the outdoor fire. The backyard is spacious, plenty of room to kick a footy or for the more adventurous, a short walk through the paddock leads to Belli creek. Spot the native wildlife including the resident platypus.
