The parking situation was awful we were not given a warning on Expedia that it would be a problem. We had to park a mile away. The room wasn’t in good maintance

Unsatisfactory and unfair service
It was very disappointing since I paid nearly £180 per night to have a room with carpets smudged with many stains. No cleaning or change of towels took place, rubbish bins were not emptied., we used the cups in the room for tea and we had to do the washing up ourselves so we can use them again.
