Great stay with funny breakfast
Very good location and in general excellent experience, but breakfast was a chaotic - very limited space and most of guests had in hotel lobby, drink station constantly lack glasses (enough cups though), so that’s definitely something I recommend hotel board to consider to fix

Close to most amenities. Convenient.
Great place to stay. Close to Centre, restaurants, shops, Roman Baths and The Forum. Comfortable. Reception helpful and friendly. The only reason for the lower score is the length of time it took to find a clean table at breakfast. I had to ask someone to clear one. The breakfast itself, tea, coffee, fruit juices were great. Counters could be cleaner around the waffles, toast as a bit off putting. Would not stop me recommending it as short stay.
