From the nearby Batemans Bay village centre, bus routes run either north to Maloneys Beach or south to Broulee.

Getting there
The property is approximately a 2-hour drive from Canberra’s CBD or a 3-hour 40-min drive from Sydney’s CBD.
Other Things to Note:
There are nearby roadworks taking place. These works should not affect access; however, traffic control will be in place. These works will take 2–3 months to complete.
- To access the on-site parking, parking is located at the rear of the complex. Guests must retrieve keys from the lockbox first. Drive down the ramp and use the garage remote to open the roller shutter. Drive in and guests are to park in the car park numbered 209.
- There are no stairs inside or outside the property
- The property is located along the main road.
- Pool could be closed at any time for repairs
