It’s amazing property and staff are very polite & helpful. The only issue is that the hotel is still under renovations and the bar is in a very dark area with no view, and there is no waiting area at the foyer.

We booked 7 rooms online, all premium club and all the same price. When we checked in people received different room types, some better than others. The check in process was long, everyone was exhausted from travel and it took a long time to sort out the rooms.

Right in the middle of a lot of stores and cafes, quite easy to get to the train too, very close. Two blocks maybe. Airport trips can range from 20min to an hour depending on traffic. I would love to come back after their renovation. 👍

We had a group reservations for 7 rooms at the premium club level. Not all group members received the same room, some had suites others had small rooms with limited amenities. Some of our group members had to move rooms because of bad odor in the room. We paid the same rate for all groups but received different rooms. Also the check in was long and complicated. We were exhausted from travel and it took a long time to check in and get to our rooms.
