No seal on the shower door, water gets all over the floor and you can slip easily if you're not careful. Spa had no staff over the New Year holiday week. Only Chinese TV stations and a couple English news channels. Receptionist was new, which is fine, except that she was left alone at the desk and struggled with things like ordering a taxi.
