We liked property, however feel that we were misold our accommodation- we booked bed and breakfast and were offered an upgrade for a extra fee- upon arrival at property- breakfast was removed by them as we had upgraded via Expedia- they were not helpful and acknowledged that we had booked breakfast but now couldn’t have it- unable to contact Expedia- apart from that location fab for Khao San Rd- lovely room with river view- looked in breakfast and was really weird anyway- so off to Starbucks

Good service but inflexible management
Good hospitality at the hotel and overall cleanliness. The only issues were non flexibility regarding cancelation refunds and air conditioner in the room. The room was unevenly cooling during the night which made it difficult for good sleep.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were given a quiet room at end of hallway facing canal. Breakfast was good. Housecleaning was good, but only given 2 towels each day - no face clothes. Perhaps to be expected in Thailand. Pool was really nice, however the roof deck only holds 13 lounge chairs. Can get a bit crowded. Unfortunately for us, smoking was allowed on the deck.
